It is constructed from teak wood. Most likely it was custom made for a wealthy family to stash away dowry, family treasures, or cash from the prying eyes of extended family members. The interior contains a candle compartment that has a removable hidden box underneath to store valuables. A sturdy iron chain prevents the lid from falling fully open. It has four
