A Rare Set Of Social Welfare Leader’s Dagger Hangers Archive Gold Medal of the TechnicalThis is a textbook example of Social Welfare Leader dagger hangers, consisting of two straps, constructed of of two rows of dark grey machine embroidery with fine quality fine silver aluminum bullion machine embroidered uppers, and with light grey corduroy backers. Attached to the hangers is a die struck buckle per strap, constructed of silvered zink, and with a pebbled design on the obverse. Each strap is attached to a large silvered aluminum, with a
