A Grand Cross Breast Star, constructed of silver gilt, a rayed breast star with a central five pointed white enameled star with ball finials, with a gilt laurel wreath between the arms of the cross, with a central medallion in gilt bearing the Chilean Coat of Arms, surrounded by a broad blue enameled ring inscribed Orden al
